We are not your typical law firm.

Our mission is both simple and unique: to provide a client experience that is second-to-none.   How do we do it?  First, by treating you like a friend or family member, not like a transaction.  That means being personable, accommodating, responsive, transparent, and considerate.  Second, we use innovative processes and software rarely implemented by other firms, even firms much larger than us.  This means we can spend more time getting to know you and providing you with individualized, high-quality service, and less time reinventing wheels.

Our clients appreciate the difference our firm offers.  While other firms might be slow to complete projects, send out surprisingly high invoices, or provide an experience that is altogether confusing and frustrating, our clients receive our work quickly, know costs upfront, and actually enjoy (or at least more easily tolerate) working with an attorney.
Imagine that.

Our Areas of Practice

We also differentiate ourselves by focusing on only a few practices areas. Since there is not exactly a shortage of attorneys out there, particularly in central Ohio, we strive for excellence in a handful of related areas rather than trying to be Jacks (and Jills) of all trades and ending up as masters of none. So what do we handle? That’s a great question, and we’re glad we asked. Our areas of focus are estate planning and asset protection, elder care law and Medicaid planning, and probate and trust administration. If you need help finding an attorney outside of these areas, feel free to contact us, as we probably know of someone who can help you.

Our Team of Attorneys

Each of our attorneys has a main area of focus and then enough knowledge to lend a hand or provide a sounding board on other matters. Matt Gibson, our managing partner, is our estate planning and asset protection attorney. Wren Kruse is our elder care law and Medicaid planning attorney. Mika Redinger is our probate law and trust administration attorney. And Bob Pappas, a co-founder of our firm who has transitioned to a role as “of counsel” and wise sage, chips in on an array of matters.
